Job Description

  • Handle customer queries related to banking services.
  • Provide account support, transaction assistance, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver professional customer service in US shift timings.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in customer interactions.

Requirements

  • HSC with minimum 18 months of experience OR Graduates with 9 months of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in US shifts.
