- Handle customer queries related to banking services.
- Provide account support, transaction assistance, and issue resolution.
- Deliver professional customer service in US shift timings.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in customer interactions.
Requirements
- HSC with minimum 18 months of experience OR Graduates with 9 months of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
