Role Summary: Responsible for auditing customer interactions, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Evaluation: Audit calls/emails per sampling plan.
- Defect Tracking: Document errors, provide agent feedback, track CAPA closure.
- Calibration: Participate in QA/Operations/Training calibrations.
- MIS Reporting: Publish quality reports, flag trends and risks.
Qualifications:
- Graduate, 1–2 years QA experience (voice/email, BFSI preferred).
- Exposure to CQM/COPC frameworks.
- Strong analytical and feedback delivery skills.
