Quality Analyst – Voice/Email (BFSI) CTC Upto 5.5 LPA & Apply before July 30th July

Role Summary: Responsible for auditing customer interactions, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit & Evaluation: Audit calls/emails per sampling plan.
  • Defect Tracking: Document errors, provide agent feedback, track CAPA closure.
  • Calibration: Participate in QA/Operations/Training calibrations.
  • MIS Reporting: Publish quality reports, flag trends and risks.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate, 1–2 years QA experience (voice/email, BFSI preferred).
  • Exposure to CQM/COPC frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and feedback delivery skills.

CTC Range: ₹4 – ₹5.5 LPA Location: Bangalore, Whitefield
