Technical Support or IT Analyst – CTC up to 8 LPA – Chennai

Location – Chennai

Location: We are conducting both virtual and walk-in drives in Hyderabad, Indore, and Chennai.

Experience Required: 2 –4 years in product support/troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:

Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and weekends.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Shortlisted candidates must clear the Versant assessment (CEFR level B2+).
Prior chat support experience with good typing speed.
Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, issue/ticket resolution, and familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes.


Core Competencies:

Relevant certifications like Google Workspace Administrator or Microsoft certifications.
Experience in Tech Support projects with at least 6+ months in infrastructure, storage, or service desk.
Exposure to hyperscaler environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of and experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft products.


Package – 8.5 LPA

Qualification – HSC – 18 Months experience or Graduation
