About the Customer Service Representative Role

We are looking is for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for its Hyderabad delivery center. This role is designed for individuals with strong communication skills, customer handling expertise, and the ability to work in voice process or non‑voice process environments.

As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support across multiple channels, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires flexibility for rotational shifts and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Query Handling → Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Voice & Non‑Voice Support → Manage both voice‑based and written communication processes.
  • Problem Solving → Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Sales Handling → Support upselling and cross‑selling activities where applicable.
  • Technical Support → Provide basic troubleshooting for IT or product‑related queries.
  • Ticketing Tools → Use ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy for incident logging and resolution tracking.
  • Shift Flexibility → Work across rotational shifts including night processes.
  • Customer Satisfaction → Ensure high CSAT scores through effective communication and empathy.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle voice and non‑voice processes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in team environments.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing speed for non‑voice processes.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in BPO / customer support roles.
  • Exposure to technical support or service desk analyst positions.
  • Knowledge of sales handling and target‑driven processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology for IT support environments.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate qualification preferred (any stream).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
