About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join a leading cosmetics manufacturing company operating across Vasai and Boisar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth IT operations, ensuring network reliability, and supporting end‑users across both factory locations. This position demands hands‑on expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, along with strong coordination skills for ERP/SAP and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑User Support: Provide prompt assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
  • System Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network devices. Ensure all systems are updated and compliant with company standards.
  • Network Administration: Monitor LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and internet connectivity. Troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points to maintain uninterrupted communication.
  • User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and other platforms.
  • ERP/SAP Support: Assist ERP/SAP users with login, data access, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with external vendors for system updates and issue resolution.
  • Asset & License Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and inventory across both sites.
  • Data Backup & Security: Ensure regular backups, antivirus updates, and system security protocols are followed.
  • Peripheral Systems Support: Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, biometric attendance systems, and IP phones.
  • Factory IT Coordination: Provide on‑site IT support at Vasai and Boisar factories, ensuring seamless connectivity and system uptime.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, including package installation and configuration.
  • Hands‑on experience with LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Wi‑Fi setup, and network device management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems, Microsoft 365, and email server configuration.
  • Basic understanding of CCTV, biometric systems, and IP telephony.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving technical issues.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Exposure to ERP/SAP systems and network troubleshooting across multiple sites is desirable.
