Job Title – Senior Analytics Developer
The Senior Analytics Developer role is designed to enhance data quality, deliver actionable insights, and empower business decision‑making through advanced analytics, reporting, and visualisation. The position requires strong technical expertise in BI tools, ETL workflows, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure scalable and reliable data solutions.
CTC – Budget – 110k US$
Education Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Certifications in BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Strong foundation in SQL, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
Targeted Candidates
- Professionals with 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI development, or data engineering.
- Candidates with excellent communication skills to pass initial screening.
- No major career gaps; proven track record of reliability and delivery.
- Candidates with multinational company exposure will be prioritized.
Interview Mode
- Initial screening via telephonic/video call.
- Technical round with BI/ETL case studies.
- Final HR and client interview (hybrid – online or onsite depending on client preference).
