Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / ICWA / CA

Grade: Level 3 and 4

Experience: 1–3 years as F&A Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 15–20 analysts.
  • Review, drive, and manage client-defined SLAs and internal metrics.
  • Oversee production management, track and report productivity metrics.
  • Analyze work volume trends and allocate resources effectively.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and participate in projects.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Conduct reviews, identify training needs, and recommend skill development.
  • Compile performance reports and ensure timely action on customer feedback.
  • Participate in operations/relationship calls with clients.
  • Motivate team, manage conflicts, and ensure performance thresholds are met.

Exact Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Finance & Equities market (Company Financials, Analyst & Broker Estimates).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Customer focus and ability to drive results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly and drive change.
  • Team management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
  • Execution-focused with clear action steps and timelines.

CTC

₹9 – 15 LPA (depending on experience and fitment).
