Experience: 1–3 years as F&A Team Leader
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 analysts.
- Review, drive, and manage client-defined SLAs and internal metrics.
- Oversee production management, track and report productivity metrics.
- Analyze work volume trends and allocate resources effectively.
- Implement process improvement initiatives and participate in projects.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Conduct reviews, identify training needs, and recommend skill development.
- Compile performance reports and ensure timely action on customer feedback.
- Participate in operations/relationship calls with clients.
- Motivate team, manage conflicts, and ensure performance thresholds are met.
Exact Skills
- Strong knowledge of Finance & Equities market (Company Financials, Analyst & Broker Estimates).
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer focus and ability to drive results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
