Experience: 2–5 Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Role Overview: A customer-centric professional to manage end-to-end customer interactions across calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact for customer queries & complaints.
- Handle concerns related to product info, orders, returns, refunds, and grievances.
- Build long-term customer relationships and improve CSAT/NPS.
- Ensure timely closure of escalations with internal coordination.
- Prepare CRM reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and analyze feedback trends.
- Recommend process improvements and maintain SOPs for communication & escalation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong ownership mindset, empathy, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and independent.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
