Customer Support Representative – CTC upto 4.5 LPA

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview: A customer-centric professional to manage end-to-end customer interactions across calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as single point of contact for customer queries & complaints.
  • Handle concerns related to product info, orders, returns, refunds, and grievances.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and improve CSAT/NPS.
  • Ensure timely closure of escalations with internal coordination.
  • Prepare CRM reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and analyze feedback trends.
  • Recommend process improvements and maintain SOPs for communication & escalation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong ownership mindset, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and independent.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
