Sr. Process Analyst – Finance (SWISS Business) – CTC upto 7LPA

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage books of accounts, create ledger entries, and perform daily reconciliations.
  • Verify and issue invoices, coordinate with clients & insurers for timely payments.
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial standards.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and support audits.
  • Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Publish dashboards to track matched/unmatched revenues.

 Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical proficiency in insurance services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ownership, accountability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance domain and reconciliation processes.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting.
  • Insurance certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance domain quality analysis & reconciliation.
