Primary Responsibilities
- Manage books of accounts, create ledger entries, and perform daily reconciliations.
- Verify and issue invoices, coordinate with clients & insurers for timely payments.
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial standards.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and support audits.
- Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Publish dashboards to track matched/unmatched revenues.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical proficiency in insurance services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ownership, accountability, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance domain and reconciliation processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting.
- Insurance certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance domain quality analysis & reconciliation.
