Job Title – Customer Support – International Chat Process
We are hiring for a Customer Support – International Chat Process role with one of our reputed multinational clients based in Mumbai (Airoli location). This is a full‑time Work From Office (WFO) opportunity designed for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service through written communication. The role requires strong typing speed, accuracy, and prior experience in international chat support.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries across multiple regions, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining high standards of professionalism. This position offers a stable career path, competitive compensation, and exposure to global client interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer query handling – Manage inbound chat queries from international customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem resolution – Provide accurate solutions and escalate issues when required.
- Documentation – Maintain detailed records of interactions for compliance and quality purposes.
- Accuracy & speed – Achieve minimum 35 words per minute typing speed with 95% accuracy.
- Team collaboration – Work closely with supervisors and peers to meet service level agreements.
- Shift flexibility – Adapt to rotational 24/7 shifts including night schedules.
Education Qualification Required
- Minimum HSC with 1 year of international chat experience OR
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/chat support.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to pass Written Versant Test.

Interview Mode
- Initial Written Versant Test (typing speed & accuracy).
- HR screening for communication skills.
- Operations round to assess process knowledge.
- Final client interview before offer release.
CTC
- Maximum ₹6 LPA (approx. ₹50,000 in hand).
- Only PF and PT deductions applicable.
Location
- Mumbai – Airoli (Work From Office).
