Job Description
Global leader in insurance and risk management services is hiring Customer Service Executives for its international voice process team in Mumbai (Vikhroli). This role requires graduates with excellent communication skills and a stable career profile. Candidates must have prior experience in international voice support and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
The position offers exposure to global clients, structured career growth, and a competitive salary package. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems with accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Education Qualification Required
- Graduates only (any discipline).
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in international voice process is mandatory.

CTC
Competitive package: ₹6.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (maximum) depending on experience and performance.

Mandatory Background Verification
- All candidates must provide:
- Marksheets and education certificates.
- Aadhaar and PAN card.
- Service history records and PF history.
- Last 3 months’ payslips.
- No abscondment history is allowed. Gallagher follows strict background verification policies.
