About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, JavaScript, and CSS to build highly interactive, modern, and customized Salesforce applications. This role goes beyond standard Salesforce development and focuses on delivering exceptional UI/UX experiences through scalable, high‑performance front‑end solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities while possessing modern web development skills to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces. This is a high‑impact role for professionals who want to combine Salesforce expertise with cutting‑edge UI/UX design.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce LWC Development → Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Lightning Web Components.
- Apex Programming → Develop robust business logic with Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- UI/UX Development → Build responsive interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SLDS.
- Integration → Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Agile Collaboration → Work closely with analysts, architects, and UI/UX teams; participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Code Quality → Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Documentation & Deployment → Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 for custom UI development.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Custom Objects, Metadata, Validation Rules, Flows.
- Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX (SFDX), VS Code, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, permission sets.
- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory); Platform Developer II preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience in cloud‑based ETL pipelines.
- Knowledge of data migration testing.
- Exposure to Tableau or BI dashboard validation.
